Return Policy
STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Please email: customerservice@daystarapparel.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
All items must be in new condition, not worn or used, and in the original packaging.
When returning items, please include your RA# on the attention line and mail to:
DayStar Apparel 124 Confederate Ave. Jasper, GA 30143
DayStar cannot be responsible for returned items, so please make sure to insure your package if you would like to minimize your risk if a package becomes lost in transit. Once your goods are received, you can expect to have a refund on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, but all other items will be refunded in full.
Orders over 36 pieces may not be eligible for a full refund, please check with customer service before ordering 36+ pieces to verify the return policy for these items.
Disclaimer: DayStar reserves the right to refuse return services in certain situations such as multiple return requests.
WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY:
For Wholesale Customers: Returns accepted with prior authorization and on a prepaid basis. 20% restocking fee on all items. Credit is applied to account only. Credits for returned items are issued as a credit memo only and cannot be charged back to a credit card. $5 minimum restocking fee. Authorization must occur within 10 business days of the original order and returned within 15 business days. No returns on custom or private label programs except for quality related issues. Any refused shipment will be subject to a $25 handling fee, freight, and a 20% restocking fee. Altered products are non-returnable, which include, but not limited to : screen printed, embroidered, or laundered goods. Items that are shipped in error become non-returnable if altered or worn. Always verify the accuracy of a shipment before using or altering products. Credits expire one year from date of issue.
