    SHIPPING / TRACKING:

    Orders typically ship the following business day.  An email will be sent once the order has shipped, which will include the tracking information.  If you have not received an email after the following business day and would like to check the status of your order, please email: customerservice@daystarapparel.com

    BACK ORDERS:

    The main reason for not receiving your tracking information is out-of-stock or low-stock items.  Because DayStar manufactures all of our own items in-house, these  orders typically ship within 2-5 business days and you will receive tracking information once these orders ship.  Our website does not have ship and back order capabilities, so if certain items are needed quickly, please reach out to customer service via email.  customerservice@daystarapparel.com

    CANCELLING AN ORDER:

    Certain orders may be eligible to be cancelled if they have not shipped.  Email: customerservice@daystarapparel.com if you have not yet received tracking information and would like to cancel your order.  DayStar will attempt to cancel the shipment of your order but cannot necessarily guarantee success in every situation.  Once an order has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.  

    CUSTOM ORDERS:

    Custom orders usually ship in 7-10 business days upon approval of artwork and/or design.

    FREIGHT CARRIERS:

    All orders default to shipping via UPS but may be switched to USPS or FedEx in certain instances.   No change in shipping charges will be incurred if the carrier is changed, nor will there be a change in the estimated transit time.

    DROP SHIPMENTS:

    Drop shipments are available via our website, however, blind drop shipments are currently under construction and we hope to have this feature available soon.
